What colour should i dye?

I've made an appointment to have some treatments on my hair. I'll be having a cut, dye and treatment this coming Monday. But, i still don't know if i should dye my hair and what colour should i dye. I've no idea. I'm afraid it'll turn up to be like some ahlianxz.
